I'm not sure if this works for a Ford y-block, but it might. This is a spin on oil filter mount for Lincoln 317 Y-block. I made headers for my truck, and this no longer fits. It turns the filter 90 degrees toward front of vehicle for easier access.

It was using a WIX 51085 filter before, I removed it, bit of evaporate, and Lincoln gold paint, then found out it will not fit my modifications. I am using a remote filter assembly now, and maybe someone could put this to good use. Someone with more knowledge than I would have to answer. I had a PH8A on it before.

There is nothing wrong with this item, it was working fine.
